Privacy policy

This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Launch list. Your email address, and a phone number only if you asked for text updates. We record when you gave that consent.
• Catering enquiries. Your name, email, and whatever else you chose to put in the form.
• Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.

What we do not collect

We do not store your IP address. When you submit a form we turn it into a one-way hash purely to stop the same source flooding us, and the original is never written down. We do not handle card details at all — when ordering opens, payments will be taken by our payment processor and card numbers will never reach our systems.

Text messages

You only get texts if you ticked the box asking for them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or email us. We keep the record of when you opted in because we are required to.

How long we keep it

Launch list entries stay until you unsubscribe. Catering enquiries are kept for two years so we can look up a past event, then deleted.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No conditions, no forms. Email hello@bearlindoner.com. If you are in California, this covers your rights under the CCPA and CPRA; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and change the date at the bottom.
